Names like Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Benny Goodman and tunes such as “Take the A Train,” “In the Mood,” “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” and “One O’clock Jump” filled the Trout Museum of Art in downtown Appleton on Thursday evening, Jan. 21.
Bob Levy and his Little Big Band were the featured musicians in the third “Jazz at the Trout” event of the 2015-16 season. Playing to a sold-out house, they took jazz fans on a musical and historical tour of the Swing Era — 1930-45. Batley CPA was proud to be the sponsor of this concert.
